The register is a record of the details of all children and young people who have either a disability or additional needs. Keeping this record will help Social Care and Health, as well as other key partners, to plan and commission services more effectively both now and in the future.

If you have a question and can't seem to find the answer then ask here and let other parents help. Additionally, share your experience and knowledge by offering solutions to other parents' queries
