Inspirative Arts use Creative Expressive Therapies to help individual’s express themselves and develop in key areas. Programmes aim to help individuals develop in self-esteem, self-confidence, communication and social skills, emotional well-being and much more. The workshop will aim to give individuals a taster of our work and how it might help them. If there is enough interest from the tasters we will look at setting up a service within Swadlincote for adults to access (as people have expressed the need).
