Date Of This Year’s Including Parents Conference Announced

The popular "Including Parents" conference for parents based in Nottinghamshire County will take place this year on 21st March at The Bestwood Lodge Hotel in Bestwood Country Park
At the free conference for parents and carers of children with additional needs parents will get the chance to listen to Keynote Speaker Matt Rooney as he presents a session on "The Key to Behaviour - The Tricks Behind the Magic"
There will be both daytime and evening sessions for those parents who are unable to get away from work, with each featuring different workshops that parents can attend:
Daytime (two sessions can be attended)

How Does It Feel?: Share your experiences and look at the impact on you and your family when living with a child with additional needs

Cyber Safe: Helping to keep children safe online

Make, Take it and Use it: Resources to make at home with an opportunity to be creative on the day.

Sleep - We'd Like Some: Looking at common sleep issues and some hints to help your children and you sleep better. Communicating with your Child: Practical ways to support language development.
Evening (One session can be attended)

Cyber Safe: Helping to keep children safe online.

Dads Matter Too: A chance for Dads to share their experiences and explore what it is to be the father of a child with additional needs,

Communicating with your Child: Practical aays to support language development.
