17th February 2012
March is Any-Body Month - the University of Nottingham's program which give anybody the chance to visit them and try a variety of different paralympic sports and activities for free.
There are a selection of events running throughout the month for any young people aged 16 or over including wheelchair rugby, badminton, swimming, goalball, sitting volleyball and much more.
As well as encouraging people to get active it is also about raising awareness of the barriers faced by disabled people who play sport.
Now in it's third year the event was awarded the inspire 2012 mark in January, meaning that it represents the values of the 2012 Paralympic Games.
